In 1984 Gianni and Susi Della Corte opened doors to La Dolce Vita in the small building previously occupied by Provo Bakery. The original restaurant
featured a bar area with a few surrounding tables, máximum capacity of 30 people.
In 1991 La Dolce Vita purchased the building next door (previously a hair school academy) and expanded to the current full sized restaurant with capacity of 150 people.
In 2003 ownership switches families from the Della Corte´s to the Garcia´s. Current Chefs, Mario and Mimi, are extended family of Della Corte Family.
Mario and Mimi have been behind the scenes cooking the food since 1988.
La Dolce Vita Ristorante Italiano is family owned and operated since 1984 bringing the finest authentic dishes of Napoli (Naples), Italy to Provo, Utah. We are located in Historic Downtown Provo and offer a great selection of food for the entire family.
Thanks for voting us "Best Italian Food" for the sixth year in a row in the Best of Utah Valley annual Daily Herald awards.
